Privacy

This page explains, in plain English, what information we collect when you use QuoteMyApp and how we use it. We keep it simple because there are no user accounts here, access works through email and private links.

What we collect

• The answers you give in the questionnaire and the description of your idea.
• The build plan generated from those answers.
• Your email address if you ask us to send you your plan, share it, or request pricing.
• Basic, anonymous usage events (for example, that a plan was created) so we can understand and improve the product.

How we use it

We use your information to create and store your build plan, to email you the links you ask for, and, if you request pricing, to pass your plan and contact details to a software engineer or agency so they can respond. Estimates shown in a plan are informational; firm professional pricing only happens through a quote request.

Who processes it

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the product: an email delivery service to send transactional emails, and a language-model provider to generate and edit plans. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Keeping plans private

Each plan lives at a private link protected by a random code. We don't list plans publicly and search engines are asked not to index them. You can rotate your share link at any time to revoke access.
